Chapter 57 - The Stripper
'It's Lyken! It's definitely him!'
Jada knew something was up when their friends were all acting weird while planning the party. They're hiding something, and this was it. Lyken showed up as a stripper! "Surprised?" he whispered as he planted a kiss on her lips and lightly sucked her lower lip.
Lyken removed his mask, "Why are you here?" Jada chuckled, shaking her head at him.Belongs © to NôvelDrama.Org.
"This is Bambi and Ada's idea," he informed her. "They talked me into doing this. Even Robin and Steve helped them."
Jada looked at the pinks. They were now busy squirming because the strippers were on them. She laughed, hitting Lyken lightly in the arm.
"Why would you even ask me to change clothes when you were attending anyway!"
Lyken wrapped his arms around her waist, pulled her closer, and let her chin rest on his shoulder. "I know you were upset about that earlier," he whispered. "But as you can see, there are still other men here, baby." "Why are you so jealous?!" Jada asked in a low voice.
Lyken let out a short sigh, "Because I already lost you twice, and God knows how scared I am to lose you again," then his hug tightens.
Without letting go of each other, they started swaying to the music. Neither of us even cares about the rest of the people in the room.
Jada and Lyken can hear Bambi and Ada shrieking from time to time. The couple can't help but chuckle. "I think the pinks are having a great time," he whispered.
"Baby, I also think you should start dressing up."
"You think so too? I thought you enjoy dancing with me with just a boxer and boots on," he laughed.
"Silly! Go and get dressed. I'll wait for you here," as they let go of each other, he kissed her on the cheek. Then he headed for the door, placing the mask over his face again.
Jada sat down on the far end of the couch. Honey quickly scoots next to her. "Did you enjoy that?" she asked naughtily.
"You guys!" She laughed. "I never imagined Lyken doing something like that."
Honey laughed as she slapped Jada's leg. "Sis mind you, it took six people to convince him!"
Jada shook her head at her best friend, still in disbelief because of what had happened. She took her glass and sipped from it. But she quickly placed it back on the table when she recalled something. Jada called a waiter and asked for soda instead. "You're not drinking?" Honey asked, and she shook her head.
"I have had an upset stomach since earlier," she lied.
She was about to say something, but Lyken showed up. He sat next to her, snaking an arm around her waist.
"My favorite stripper's here now," Jada teased, and even if it was dark, she could see his face blushing.
Honey turned to her side to face them, "Ly, I've known you for years, but I never thought you could dance like that!" she added.
"Shut up, you two!" he snapped, and the girls burst into laughter.
Jada pulled him by the neck and kissed his ear. "I love you, baby," she whispered before letting Lyken go.
When the party was over, they all headed home. They saw the boys busy playing with the Playstation when they arrived.

"How did it go?" Steve asked without taking his eyes off the screen.
"You should have seen Lyken's sexy moves! His body rolls are out of this world!" Bambi exaggeratedly told them, and they all ended up laughing.
Jada looked at Lyken. He was red as a tomato, humiliated. Jada pulled him to the couch, but he went to her room instead.
"He escaped!" Honey called, but Lyken didn't even glance back.
"You guys owe me!" He said in a low voice, making sure the man inside her room won't hear her. "We'll have to talk about what you did tonight!" Jada pointed at their friends, stood up, and headed to her room. Lyken's already on her bed, lying on the bed with an arm over his eyes. "Baby, you're not going out anymore?"
"I'll rest for a bit," he answered without looking at her.
She shrugged and opened her drawer to grab a pair of pajamas. She changed right there, disregarding the fact that Lyken was just there.
"I'll go out to them," she told him, and Lyken just nodded, still not looking.
As soon as she stepped out of the room, she turned the TV off, causing the boys to groan and glare at Jada.
"Why?!" Robin snapped.
"We'll talk!"
As they saw Jada's serious expression, everyone paid attention to her. She sat on the couch and looked at them one by one.
They all looked uneasy after hearing what she said. She leaned back and crossed her arms over her chest. "I want to be at Lyken's party," she announced. The pinks gasped while the guys facepalmed in unison. Honey, on the other hand, started laughing out loud.
"Wait, sis, don't tell me you'll play stripper too?" she asked with a broad smile.
"Yes!"
And Honey's face slowly straightened. She looked at Kobe, then Steve and Robin, but she got no reaction from anyone of them.
"Are you serious?" she asked, and Jada nodded while the boys groaned. Honey looked at them too. She was a bit surprised by their reaction. "Can't she?" Steve and Robin looked at each other, looking anxious. "Ja, we don't want to get into trouble with Ly."
"Why will you get into trouble with him?" she asked, brows furrowed.
"Dude, you'll be playing the role of a stripper, and of course, your outfit needs to be in tune!" Robin explained, and she understood what they were trying to say. To properly play the role of a stripper, Jada has to wear skimpy outfits, and Lyken will surely hate that. But that's his party, and he did the same at her bridal shower. Jada shook her head at their friends, "I insist! Trust me, I won't cause you any trouble," moving her eyes back and forth between Steve and Robin.
Robin nodded hesitantly, but Steve just let out a sigh. "Make sure you don't overdo the outfit," he reminded, and Jada nodded.
The pinks perked up after hearing about the outfit. "Then we need to start looking for something you can wear," Bambi stated, and Ada nodded in agreement. "There's a place I could check out tomorrow!"
