My Heart only Beats for You (Natalie Godfrey)

Chapter 2576

Montez lowered his head, he looked sad for a moment.

But then, he very quickly cheered up.

Because he remembered how Yesseca had come to his school and pretended to be his mother.

Montez recalled how all of his friends ran up to him and told him that his mother was so young and beautiful.

He felt very proud.

It felt as though Yesseca was his real mother.

"Great- grandma, you're not going to be mad at Yesseca are you?" Montez asked.

Madam Quartley shook her head.

She said, "She's so kind to have done this for you. I won't get mad at her for that."

Montez felt relieved.

Madam Quarltey began to ponder about this as Montez left.

After considering things for a while, she called Yuliana over.

Just as her servant was about to look for Yuliana, Madam Quartley stopped her.

The servant stopped and turned to look at her.

She had changed her mind. "Forget it. I don't need to see her after all."

She had wanted to talk to someone about it, but realized that her granddaughter-in-law wasn't the best person to discuss this topic with. Madam Quartley sighed.

Just then, Zorion appeared before her.

She still wanted to talk to someone, so she called Zorion over.

Zorion greeted her with his usual silly smile. "Grandmother."

She reached her hand out and ruffled his hair, just like she did with Montez earlier.

Her grandson was like a child that would never grow up!

"Zorion, do you think Montez misses his birth mother?" She asked.

Zorion looked as pure and innocent as a child when he replied, "I think everyone does. I sometimes miss my mother."

Madam Quartley laughed.

She replied, "You're right. Everyone does miss their own mothers. I sometimes think of my old lady too."

Montez was so young.

He never knew his mother.

He had to get someone to pretend to be his mother for his school's event.

What a shame!

She then lowered her voice and asked, "Zorion, do you think I should look for Montez's birth mother?"Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.

Zorion was shocked.

This question was clearly beyond him, it took him a very long time to respond.

Madam Quarltey thought to herself, "Tremaine would be very upset with me for doing this. He expressly told me not to look for her after all."

BUMS

The incident with Qiana had caused a lot of pain to Tremaine.

Once bitten, twice shy as they say.

She had suggested it to Tremaine several times, but he shot her down every time.

He wouldn't even consider talking about it.

Madam Quartley had wanted to conduct her own search, but didn't.

Because she only had so many people at her disposal to do so, herwork was vastly smaller compared to Tremaine's.

Tremaine would be able to find Montez's birth mother easily with his extensive informationwork.

If she sent someone to investigate, there's no knowing how long it would take.

She would also worry about Tremaine.

Tremaine had made it very clear that

he did not want to look for Montez's birth mother. He didn't care to know who she was and didn't want anyone to go looking for her

"Tremaine is very unhappy, so very unhappy," Zorion replied.

She looked at Zorion and said, "Zorion, are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

Zorion nodded.

Madam Quartley then said

thoughtfully, was afraid of how upset Tremaine would be, so I never did it. But after seeing how sad Montez was today, I felt very sad for him, All those other children have mothers, except him. He even even got someone to come and pretend to be his mother."
