“Gheaaa, how does it feel to be Cinderella?”
After the lecture, as usual, Denisa immediately approached Ghea to interrogate her. She was curious about how her friend’s life had been after getting married a few days ago.
“What’s with Cinderella? You knew I had an arranged marriage, so don’t expect too much,” Ghea replied while organizing her books on the table.
“But the guy you married is handsome and filthy rich. How can there not be any perks? I even thought that after you got married, you’d be treated like a queen, just like in those movies. Ah, I envy you, Ghe.”
Ghea looked up. She raised her hand and flicked Denisa’s forehead until the girl complained.
“Please wake up! It’s afternoon, no need to dream too much. Besides, FYI, I’ve only been married for a few days, and I already know how Randy behaves.”
“So, how is he?”
“Super annoying!”
“Really?”
Ghea nodded.
“Seriously, it’s never-ending if I start talking about it. The bottom line is, he’s not what you imagine.”
“Why is that? What’s wrong with Randy? Is he bothering you?”
Before Ghea could answer, her phone rang. A message notification came in, prompting her to check the device.NôvelDrama.Org holds text © rights.

Ghea narrowed her eyes, and a moment later, she widened them in shock after reading the contents of the message.
“Huh? Whose money is this?” she said, slightly shocked, and, of course, heard by Denisa.
“What money?”
“Look, Denis.” Ghea then showed the short message from one of the bank operators, which was a notification of a significantly fantastic amount of money being transferred to her account.
“150 million, Ghe. Who sent this?”
“I don’t know,” Ghea shook her head. “Even if it’s from Dad, he usually calls first before sending money.”
“Could it be your husband?”
Ghea pulled a face and shook her head. Didn’t her husband give her cash for expenses earlier in the morning?
“No way. This morning, he even gave me cash for pocket money.”
“Then who is it? Maybe you should clarify one by one. Start with your Dad, then ask your husband too.”
Ghea agreed. Afraid that the money she received was a mistake, she thought it would be better to clarify immediately. Ghea immediately contacted her father. And indeed, it was not her father who sent the money. So, could it be Randy?
“Hello?”
“Yes, what’s up, Ghe?” Randy answered from the other end.
“Did you just send money to me?”
“Yes, 150 million,” the man said casually. There was absolutely no hint of burden in his tone. As if he had just given his child a 150, 000 rupiah allowance. “You said 300, 000 was not enough, right? Well, I’m giving you 150 million for the month. Is that enough?”
Ghea was stunned for a moment. Was her husband sane or not?
“But, why did you transfer that much money?”
“Well, for your shopping or whatever you want. You’re my wife, and that’s your monthly allowance.”
“But why so much? Isn’t this some kind of trick?”
“What trick?” Randy’s tone sounded surprised.
“Well, who knows, maybe you want to use me as a sacrifice for a supernatural ritual. You know, some people in black magic give a lot of money to lure their victims to supernatural beings.”
“Don’t be crazy, okay?” Randy protested strongly from the other side. “I’m rich, just like you. I don’t need any black magic nonsense. Just accept the money. If it’s not enough, I’ll give you a credit card as well.”
Randy then ended the call, leaving Ghea bewildered about how to react.
