bad mood.

“Megan, it is ok, do you have to work?”

Megan smiled at her and explained, “Yes, I've come to find Mr. Nelson to solve some problems. It's

getting late, so I'm leaving first.”

Diana said gently, “I let the driver send you back. It is not safe at night.”

“No need, I drive back and it just takes ten minutes. Miss Diana, Bye then.”

After saying goodbye to Diana, Megan left Nelson’s house directly.

Diana’s gentle smile disappeared at once and her eyes became dark. She moved upstairs, walked to

Zain's room and knocked at the door.

“Brother, are you asleep?”

Zain answered inside, “Not yet.”

“Brother, may I come in?”

“Come in.”

Diana finally showed a smile and then pushed the door in.

“Brother, I went to the Moore Group to participate in the anniversary party tonight. This is the new dress

I bought yesterday, is it good?”

Diana built up her courage to ask Zain.

She felt that she had to get along well with Zain, after all... she had to reply on him.

Zain sat at the table, where there were documents and mobile phone. His eyes did not move, and he

even did not respond to her. Diana’s sweet smile on the face instantly froze, and then slowly walked

toward him.

“Brother, it's so late, why are you still working?”

Zain replied, “Yes.”

Obviously he did not want to pay attention to her. Diana stood there and did not move, biting her lower

lip in embarrassment.

Her brother has been very cold to her for years, and he did not change at all.

Diana lowered her eyes and looked at his toes, feeling upset.

Zain was suddenly aware that since she came in the room it seemed to be too quiet. He looked up at

Diana and found she was staring at her toes in a daze, suddenly he thought he was too cold to her.

Thinking of that, Zain looked at her skirt, and then said quietly, “Not bad.”

Hearing that, Diana suddenly raised her head and looked at Zain in surprise, “Brother?”

“The skirt.” Zain said and then bowed his head.

Diana was stunned and then realized what he was walking about. There was huge joy in her eyes, “Do

you really think it looks good? Thank you, Brother!”

With that, she walked forward and sat down on the next chair, and then she found there was a

beautifully packaged box. Diana asked, “This box is beautiful, what is inside it?”

She wanted to stretch out her hand to touch, but was scolded by Zain.

“Don't touch it!”

His voice was cold, like spreading from the bottom of the lake. Diana was surprised and her hand

stopped in the air.

“Get out.” Zain rebuked in displeasure.

Diana looked up to his cold eyes. Zain’s face expression was serious and he looked fierce.

Inexplicably, Diana felt grieved in heart. She took her hand back, got up and whispered, “I, I know.”

Then she turned and ran out of the room.

The expression on Zain's face was the same. He raised his hand and his fingertips fell on the delicate

and beautiful box.

This was the dress he asked Megan to send to Charlotte, but Megan said she could not get through to

Charlotte's phone, and she had her own dress, so Megan sent the box back, but this dress was not a

general dress. Zain paid special attention to it.

In the end, it must be given to Charlotte, so how could someone else touch it?

Thinking of it, Zain took out his mobile phone and sent a message to Charlotte.

Crying, Diana ran out from Zain’s room and to her own room. But there was no movement behind.

She had never thought that Zain would come to him, but that Zain didn’t care about her made her feel

sad and panic.

After all, she stole her identity. Since the day she became Miss Nelson, honor and nightmare had been

with her.

She liked the pleasure of being favored. When she cursed others, they dared not say anything.

But at the same time she was afraid that her identity would be exposed

Zain was a cold person. If her identity was really exposed, she would sure suffer!

Since she came to the Nelson family, from Zain’s behaviors, she knew that he had not accepted her.

Thinking of this, Diana closed the door and felt upset.

As Charlotte was to asleep, she heard a ring from her mobile phone. Her eyelids moved, but she had

no any strength, so she continued to sleep again.

When she woke up in the next day, Charlotte found that her limbs were weak, probably because of the

effects of the drug. She rubbed her eyebrows and lifted the quilt to get out of the bed.

“Mrs. Moore, you are awake.”

A female voice suddenly sounded. Charlotte was startled. She took a look and found that she was the

maid Lydia she had seen in the villa.

“What are you doing here?”

Lydia looked at her humbly, “Mr. Kennedy told me to wait you to wake up. These are the clothes and

some supplies. I go to prepare breakfast first.”

Charlotte took a look at the direction she pointed to. As expected there were a few sets of clothes,

which were brand new.

“Kenney bought them?” She asked involuntarily.

Lydia paused for a moment and then shook her head.

“Mrs. Moore, I don't know. It is an order from Mr. Kennedy anyway, maybe he bought them personally.

You are happy, Mr. Moore.”

Happy?

Charlotte smiled wryly in her heart for a while. What did this word have to do with her?

Lydia went to prepare breakfast. Charlotte got up to wash and changed clothes in a moment of being

daze. She picked the one of most simple style, and then took her mobile phone.

She found there were a lot of unread messages and missing phone calls.

Most of them were from Yanis. She was worried about her, and then asked that what was going on

between her and Kennedy. Finally, Charlotte found a message from Zain.

She clicked on it.

Zain actually sent her a voice message.

“I'll ask Megan to send the dress to you at another time, or when are you available?”

Charlotte was speechless. The party was over. What did she need the dress for?

So she replied.

“Thank you for your kindness, but the party is over, I have no need of a dress, so you don’t have to give

it to me.”

She didn't expect Zain to reply to her. She just explained the fact.

After all, she told Zain not to give her the dress, he still let Megan send it over.

As she sent the message, Zain replied at once.
