Regarding Sam. He had watched a lot of TV shows since he was a kid, just like most people, and decided to conquer the dance world. Everything was good – contests, tournaments. And so his youth flew by. He had partners as easily as he learned new moves. Now he’s forty years old, he’s not married and has no children. That leaves him only to devote himself to his students.
“I’m glad to see you guys,” Sam said to our dancers as he took a break from talking to David.
“Sam, are we going to go over yesterday’s moves today, or are we going to start learning new ones?” Steven asked him.
“Today we’re going to do yesterday’s dance. After all, our new sponsor is coming to see you.”
“We have a sponsor?” the girls asked.
“Yes, everything will be all right. My friend is back from abroad and he wants to help me. Or rather you, because you need it more than I do.”
“Of course, but you are also a person of interest,” Donald answered him.
The door opened and the last dancer, Penelope, walked in.
“I’m sorry I’m late,” she apologized to Sam and the rest of the boys.
“”That’s okay, Pen, you’re welcome, even if you’re late,” David encouraged her.
“Okay, guys, let’s get started. Everyone pair up,” said Sam, walking over to the music center to play some music.
“So, David and Pen in the middle, as always, and the rest in the corners.”
“Okay,” the boys agreed and went to the corners, and Pen and David stood in the middle.
“Here we go, slow, fast, fast. Change the rhythm,” Sam began to comment on their movements.
“Girls, come on, bend your legs at the knee. Why do you have such rough movements, you are gentle creatures? Pen, you’re doing all right,” he continued to comment.
“Move your hips, guys. Steven, the steps should not do big, but small. And again.”
“Step forward slowly with your left foot, step to the right with your right foot, quickly. Put your left foot in front of your right foot, quickly, step back with your right foot, slowly.
Step left foot to the left quickly, put right foot to left, quickly. Guys, your partners are better thinkers than you are. I don’t comment on their dancing, and they’re doing it right, unlike you. I keep telling you how to do the steps, but it’s like you don’t hear me.”
“Swing to the left, finally take your partner’s hand. Try to interact together. This is a dance of love and passion, and you’re dancing it with a face like – you hit it with a brick, I’m talking to the stronger half of our group.”
“Girls, you do not slide the heel on the floor, and then the foot to put pressure on the floor, then the leg should be straightened.
“We understand everything, why are you yelling at us?” Harry was indignant.
“How else can I explain it to you?” Sam asked, walking over to the music center and turning off the music.
“Not by shouting, Sam.”
“Sam, he’s right. Don’t you worry so much about us, we’ll get through this hard dance,” Penelope came up to him to cheer him up and reassure him.
“I’m trying to be polite, but I can’t. The pageant’s coming up, and there’s only one pair ready,” he answered her.
” Sam, don’t worry, we won’t let you down.”
“Yeah, Sam, you’ve been yelling a lot, and I heard you through the door, and I was afraid to even go in.”
And in an instant, Ethan appeared in front of Pen’s eyes, the man she’d never expected to be here. And he, moreover, didn’t expect to see Chloe here.
“Hi, Ethan. I didn’t even see you come in.”
“Of course, you were yelling at the poor guys so much, I wouldn’t have heard you either,” Ethan answered him.
“Ethan, here’s my best dancer I told you about,” Sam said, pointing to Chloe.
“Penelope?” Ethan asked in surprise.
“Yes. Why are you so surprised? Or do you know her?”
“No, Sam, we do not know Penelope, today is the first time we met,” he answered and looked at Pen, who at the same second, was ready to fall through the earth. Is it because she lied and did not tell him her real name, or because now he looks at her with such interest and admiration?
Ethan Maloney,” he said, holding out his hand to introduce himself.
“Penelope Diaz,” she introduced herself, ignoring Ethan’s gesture, and did not offer her hand.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you,” he continued his game.
“Nice to meet you, too,” she lied.
“Guys, I came to watch you dance,” he turned to the others.
“You wouldn’t happen to be a friend of Sam’s who’s sponsoring us, would you?” David asked Ethan, and at that moment Pen almost fainted. After all, if it was him, then they would have to cross paths more than once in this life. And she wouldn’t want that, because she understands Ethan’s intentions.
“Yes, that’s exactly what I am. I’m ready to help my friend, and even more so in the future, I want to offer to sponsor a couple of David and Pen, to deal with their progression to the ascent to dance Olympus.”Content held by NôvelDrama.Org.
“That’s great,” replied the other guys, happy for Pen and David.
“I’ll help you, too,” Ethan continued.
” I’ve come to watch you dance and move.”
“This isn’t a circus, and we’re not clowns.”
“I didn’t think so,” Ethan answered her, quite calmly.
“Guys, let’s show my friend what Team Sam can do,” he turned to them and turned on the music.
Everyone got into their positions. Pen walked over to David and took his hand.
“Pen, we have to show Mr. Maloney the highest level,” David addressed her.
“Now we will show him,” Pen answered David, and they began to dance that bright dance. She made her movements as perfect and sexy as she could. She flexed her legs and arched out to meet David’s. David kept up with her. Penelope watched Ethan, the way he looked at her defiantly in those moments when David purposely tugged on her dress. It turned him on and pissed him off wildly at the same time. He regretted that he wasn’t in David’s shoes right now and couldn’t afford to touch Pen. He wasn’t even paying attention to the other couples. His eyes were only on Penelope.
